Attorney Johnathan Whidbee is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs start their businesses and leverage the law for success.
Mr. Whidbee is a graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law (NCCU), where he studied business and tax law, earning a Taxation Certificate. Furthering his legal education, he attended Boston University School of Law and obtained an LL.M.(Master) in Tax Law.
With a focus on business formation, tax disputes, and small business & tax litigation, Mr. Whidbee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our practice.
